A private Kenyan group
The group has never raised investment capital and does not intend to.
Every division is built from operating cashflow, sequenced one engine at a time.
Assets are acquired to be operated across decades, not prepared for exit.
01 — Structure
Capital moves between divisions by a written allocation rule: each operating engine funds the next asset in a fixed sequence. Nothing here is speculative — every division is either operating, being built, or scheduled with a date.
The group's flagship division. LynkSacco — SACCO financial management platform operating since 2016 across six institutions. WaPosta, SwiftSign, and a portfolio of 20+ built software properties. Custom systems delivered to NGOs, UN agencies and enterprises since 2012.
OperatingDirect factory sourcing from China into East Africa — hardware, equipment and consumer goods — through an established supplier and freight network, sold via owned retail brands.
OperatingFinancial technology built on a decade inside Kenya's SACCO and informal finance systems — lending infrastructure, mobile money integration, and proprietary trading operations.
OperatingCommerce infrastructure for African sellers where they already trade — WhatsApp-native storefronts, catalogues and payments for the informal economy.
BuildingThe group's internal allocator. Surpluses from operating divisions are pooled and deployed into the next asset in sequence — government securities and money markets between deployments.
BuildingPrecision modular coffee nodes under the Node Coffee brand — We manufacture off-site, importing our nodes and assembled on location in days. App-based order and self service units deployed across Nairobi's busy corridors, designed and funded entirely from group operations.
In sequence · 2026Long-hold development under the Nam Residences brand, beginning with a 15-storey executive residential tower in Kisumu — designed in-house, self-funded through staged construction and off-plan sales, targeting completion by 2030.
In sequence · 2026–2030Lakefront glamping and eco-tourism at Sori on Nam Lolwe, Lake Victoria, under the Nam Eco Lodge brand — modular imported units on group-held land, the group's long-horizon conservation and destination asset nice glamping site.
In sequence · 2026–27Pan-African sourcing and freight infrastructure, building on the group's own import corridors. Sequenced as a 2027–2028 buildout.
In sequence · 2027–2802 — Record
Linkcore does not publish projections. It publishes what it has built.
03 — Doctrine
One engine is run to self-sufficiency before the next is started. No division is launched on borrowed strength.
Customer prepayments, cycle discipline and retained earnings are the group's only sources of capital. This is a constraint chosen deliberately.
Every division grows from years spent inside the system it serves — informal finance, cross-border trade, African logistics — before capital is committed.
The group answers to no external shareholder and reports to no fund cycle. Time is its principal advantage.
